Spacious society but need major repair and maintenance. Overall ambience is awesome. 24x7 water and electricity backup. Security is very tight and operating through mygate app. Very good society in the Gwalpahari locality.

Pros ; Peaceful place .......😇... No pollution... Please note.. Cons; *Water is too salty/Hard and dirty, you can't drink this water.. even other stuff like RO, geyser , toilet flush, Wash basins, utensils, Skin, Hairs and clothes also distroyed by this hard water. * You have to pay extra charges for second vehicle also ( about 300 to 500 per month). * Silan( moisture💦) on walls is common problem. * Poor maintenance 👎, construction is very old and RWA demands money every now and then for repair works of building. * If somebody is looking for a buying or rented apartment then this is not a place to live👎👎 @This review is totally based on my personal experiences.
