Probably one of the finest location within city centre, just a few steps away to ISKON and AIRIA Mall. Just a Km away from upcoming metro station and major malls and hospitals. Society bang on GGn -Sohna elevated road reducing commute time in all directions. Build quality is really well, only challenge is society don't offer Car Parking, though dedicated two wheeler parking is there.

As a tenant at Pyramid Urban Homes 67A for the past six months, I am compelled to leave a 1-star rating due to persistent issues that significantly impact the quality of life here. My major concerns include: Frequent Electricity Issues: There are alarmingly frequent power cuts, often attributed to "HT failure," which seem to be a recurring problem that the management has been unable to resolve. This causes considerable inconvenience. High Maintenance, Poor Cleaning & Faulty Lifts: Despite very high maintenance charges, the common areas are poorly cleaned and maintained. The lifts are frequently faulty, leading to safety concerns and inconvenience for residents. High Rent & No Car Parking: The rent is disproportionately high, especially considering the complete lack of dedicated car parking for tenants, forcing us to deal with parking issues and potential fines. Rude Management Behavior: The Building Department (BD) staff often exhibit unprofessional and rude behavior, particularly when dealing with parking issues and imposing fines without proper communication or courtesy. Dysfunctional Entry/Exit System: The mobile application used for entry and exit is unreliable. Security frequently has to manually process entries, and the same app is used to issue fines for car removal, often without sufficient notice. Lack of Basic Amenities: The society lacks essential basic amenities, including a proper play area for children, which is a significant drawback for families. Overall, the living experience at Pyramid Urban Homes 67A has been very disappointing due to these unresolved issues and poor management. I would not recommend this society to prospective tenants."

Living in Pyramid Urban has been an incredible experience so far! The society strikes a perfect balance between affordability and comfort. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sector 67 with easy access to Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, schools, malls, and offices. The community vibe is vibrant and welcoming. The maintenance team is responsive, and common areas are always clean and tidy. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Gurgaon that feels like a community and not just a building, Pyramid Urban is a fantastic choice. A true gem in the affordable housing space! 💯🏡✨

No electricity, No parking and expecting High Rent - super worst society 1- All Night you can Experience the highway moving traffic horns. 2- You have to pay advance monthly maintenance which is for no use. 3- You can find street dogs at your flat anytime. 4- Expect restless night because bachlor will play Full volume songs at every friday night.

Thanks for being here, I feel you might get help and will not suffer the issues that we all are facing. The situation of society from outside shall be good but from inside it's pathetic. No one can imagine an electricity outage for 40-50 hours weekly. Most of the time, Water has a bad smell. I don't have a car so I can't say about parking but as per known there is a parking issue. BD employees are so rude and have attitude not lesser than an IAS officer. As a suggestion, Please invest your money wisely in a better society.
