Very poor residential society with extremely bad hygiene. The garbage is stored is a room at ground floor and collection happens after months. Because of which there is always a bad smell on ground floor and too many cockroaches and lizards are always moving on the society pavement and floor! There is no proper allocation of car parking and anyone parks their car in other's parking and the management doesn't help! The security at gate is useless and they allow any random entry to home without confirmation from house owner. There is never any kind of celebration in society like Diwali, Holi or new year. It is better to consider Tarun appartment or Rail Vihar but this society is a big NO!

The location of apartment is very good. Space flats and good connectivity to metro. Parking facility is available and guarded society with 24 hrs guard duty. Also 24 hrs power back up. Good place to live.

Great Location...well connected to NH8, Sohna Road, Huda City Centre, Medanta. Lot's of greenery in and around with access to huge HUDA park! Great quality of construction of the building with 100% power back up !
