Malibu Town is a very good colony located on Main Sona Road to live in and has wide and wide roads and houses are also big. The choice of apartment here can prove to be the best for you. Excellent connectivity and everyday things are also available in the market near here. The park is also big in which you can walk, earlier there was a lot of traffic but now a flyover is being built, due to which the traffic will be reduced a lot and there will be relief from the jam.

Malibu town is a big residential place where there is a place to play & swim called Country Inn club. This place is overall nice to live as it is very open and green. But only problem is the security and if one is looking for gated society then you will not get it here. It has bug market and Good earth mall.

Very good place to be. Clean and quiet. Locslity is good. Green and spacious area in Gurgaon. CLUBS and pubs nearby. Good eating places for fsmilies too nearby. The food truck area is also amazing. If you are hungry late at then also there aint gonna be any problem as you will find a nice place for paranthas and other variety food just outside the gate.

Pefect place to have home in malibu town, 10 mins from national highway which is well connected to delhi jaipur highway road. It well designed township with full greenery and surrounded by malls so you can reach out to malls by walk only. No sign of pollution because of greenery. Gym, swimming pool , gardens all are inside the township itself.well parking space.

Seen a lot of changes and the head count grow but despite everything, Malibu still retains its charm of uniform houses with similar color coding, large walking space, convenient access to multiple supermarts, hotels, mall, hospitals and school. Lovely place to stay and raise a family. Plus access to water station and power boosters
