Olive Crescent Apartments

I got to know about this property through Housing and the person is asking 2000 rupees for making a visiting card. What kind of fraud is this,??? Who charge money to show the flat???

Well maintained socirty. Neat and clean. Large balconies. Open and airy because of corner plot.

I have called one owner (what he claimed) . He was asking 2k for visiting the apartment and said it is refundable. I don't think in anyways that the visiting any property is chargable. Though, I called some others and they are doing the same Please beware of this scam

Not too impressive. I had gone to check out a top floor apartment, mix bag thoughts. To the credit of residents, the parking lot, common areas and staircases were clean and well maintained. For the price quoted for the apartments, amenities and services were not commensurate. Parking facilities for people owning multiple cars is a big imediment

Would definitely not recommend the property Olive Crescent Apartments. The Generators are too old and cannot take the load of more than 2 AC running in a flat. Power cuts are too frequent in gurgaon and if more than 2 AC are running the DG keeps tripping resulting in power failure for more than 30 minutes at a time. What's the point in buying such a spacious 3 bhk plus apartment when we can't run the AC in all the rooms and hall and dinning. ? So many electrical appliances are getting damaged due to frequent power tripping.
