Society is fine. The management and the maintenance could be much more better if people give more attention to their surroundings.

I had a very disappointing experience while living on rent at Flat No. 204, Second Floor, owned by Mr. Pradeep Dalal. After vacating the flat, he refused to refund my security deposit of ₹48,000 (2 months’ rent). Initially, he insisted that we clear all dues, which we did. However, when we followed up for the refund about 3 weeks after shifting, he denied returning the full amount, citing reasons such as termite issues that had built up over the years—something which was never caused or communicated by us. When we tried to reason with him, his exact words were: “Agar main nahi bhi dunga to aap kya kar loge” (Even if I don’t return it, what will you do?). This attitude was extremely unprofessional and shocking. Please be cautious if you are considering renting this property. The owner resides in the USA, and dealings are managed through his brother-in-law here. I strongly advise future tenants to think carefully before entering into any agreement with him.

A very nice and peaceful residential society with all the basic amenities inside the campus parks, swimming pool, community area etc

Great society with lush green park and lot of trees inside society made it so beautiful. Floor front facade designs are unique in vicinity which gives a look of European homes. Overall a good society
