Beautiful society with all the amenities. Run by RWA. A posch locality to live in constructed by Unitech on golf course road

We shifted to Escape 8 years ago. The society was then still managed by Unitech. But for the last 3/4 years RWA has taken over. The society is perfectly located on the Golf course extension road with a number of schools, markets and hospitals within easy reach. Post RWA take over, the society has changed completely in terms of security, upkeep and maintenance. New internal roads have been laid, swimming pool has been completed and operational. Currently, facade repair and painting is being done. The resident owners of the society are a close knit group and extremely helpful. The residents are an eclectic mix of professionals, doctors, businessmen and entrepreneurs. Of the 8 towers, 7 towers are fully occupied and have received OC. Tower 8 is work in progress to be completed soon. The wing apartments get great natural sun light and have very good cross ventilation. The tail apartments have wonderful views of the central lawns and are airy. The layout of all flats are extremely compact. The previous and current RWA has worked tirelessly and have resolved any seepage issues. I’m a resident and hence this is a genuine review. There are many ‘Local Guide’ reviews, who are basically agents and have no idea about Escape, have given low ratings for the society. Tower 8 is incomplete and getting handed over so one tower cannot be cited as an example of all towers being bad

Very good location and occupancy, development by Unitech Limited, when the company was among top five real estate project development.

Good Condominium at an excellent location for family and school going kids. Proximity to several key landmark shopping centres, schools and accessible to all parts if Gurgaon through well connected roads. Nice green lawns and open areas. Society very active with cultural activities, festivals, events, sports. Cosy clubhouse with gym and squash. Swimming pool. Flat units are spacious and airy. Directions are perfect for natural airflow and ventilation. Interiors may vary from apartment to apartment. High tise flats have a fantastic views.

Tower 2 and 1 one are the worst.. they are road facing and very high traffic... one of the worst traffice signel of the all
