Harmony Towers 4 - 8

A calm, posh locality with all the amenities. Great ambiance, aesthetics and general location. House sizes are decent. Slightly high priced. The access road is not as up to the mark as the society, that's one drawback. Also, the houses are now old with a lot of seepage problems in some of the houses.

Worn down building and apartments, leakages everywhere, pathetic facility mgmt. Very bad service provider. The building was renovated not even 6 months back. Moreover had thefts on my bike in the basement parking. Very casual managers on the incident. Location is an advantage.

Nice and spacious apartment complex. Though Unitech is bankrupt now these apartments were made when the builder was still profitable. Outer wall plaster is peeling off in some towers. Towers require maintenance but due to low occupancy wear and tear looks less. The complex has enough parking and appears less crowded. Centrally located park for children is a big convenience .

Good at what it is right now.Must have been real good when it started new. Unitech thieves (now in jail) didn't complete the project and Infotech still believes in controlling it. The road repairs are required, some of the towers are yet to be completed. But yes, the gentry is good. It is a quiet place and people live happily here. Just waiting for the time when all tiers are complete and the landscaping and roads can be brought back to its original status again.
