One of the BEST CGHS society in Gurgaon! Located on the main road in Sector 51 (next to Arzoo Apartment CGHS), is very aptly placed/located with 5 another CGHS societies around it (giving a feel as HEART of CGHS)! Hospital, Malls, Markets, Schools and Gurgaon University are at close proximity! Airport drive takes around 30-45 minutes and New Delhi Railway station takes around an 60-75 minutes (depending on traffic conditions). With total of ONLY 50 flats, this Society has 12 floors with 2 Penthouses on top floor. The other 2 types of flats are, Twelve 3 BHK (2400 Sq. Ft. which includes 3 BR + 3 Bathrooms + DD and 4 Balconies + 2 covered parking) and Thirty Six 4 BHK (2920 Sq. Ft. which includes 4 BR + 4 Bathrooms + DD and 5 Balconies + 2 covered parking). What's the PLUS: This society has ONLY ONE Tower in a ONE ACRE plot (with the Tower built in one half) and each of the Flats are on four corners without touching the other Flat's wall which makes each flat airy from all 4 directions and making each Flat really PRIVATE! The other half has a HUGE PODIUM offering each resident an ample space for kids activities, personal and society functions! Apart from that, there is a Green Gym, swings and rides for kids plus a beautifully maintained garden all around the society! Last but not the least, A Brand New Mall is in the making right opposite to the society i.e. Sapphire 57 (should be ready by 2025) followed by SCO Huda Market - Sector 51, which has already started opening shops one after the other!
