Very good, safe, clean and good place to live. They give 1-10th of the month to pay the rent. You have full privacy and no restrictions as well. I lived there for a while, and they also returned the full security without any unnecessary drama. Highly Recommended!

Very nice place. You will never feel that you are away from your home. The owner is such a nice person and he always treat everyone in his appartments as his own family member. He will always be there for any need/assistance. I have stayed days for 3. Years even in lock down days, never felt any issues. God always bless the owner Jaipal yadav ji and i will be very thankful to them.

Owner is bery nice and straight forward. Given better facilities in good budget, rooms are nice, electricity is perfect no water issue. I am so happy i found this appartment in such a low budget. 5+ star deserve.

Cool place with good living standards, its a calm place and tidy as well. Here you are safe with digitally equiped devices along with great wifi service, with good parking basement area, i have been here for past year. Would wanna say its been a great experience...

Open wide space rooftop is my favourite part of this location, very neat and tidy place, I love this space because it maintains a distance from the noisy life in very nearby location to great places in Gurgaon.......🍺
