Well maintained apartment for both family and bachelors in sector 52 area. The building has 5 floors and a lift facility. Rooms are semi furnished with almirahs, sink, geyser etc. Each room has balconies with a mosquito net attached to East / West direction depending on the room position. A spacious parking space is available. All the floors and parking area is under CCTV surveillance and the owner stays near the building hence it is secure enough. Water is drinkable with no taste of chemicals. No frequent power outrages.

Owner denied to refund the full amount paid as security. He only paid partial amount, even it was decided at the beginning. Not happy with landlord's behavior. The building owner thinks they are our owner. Lived for around 3 years. Smaller rooms.

Avg price for rooms.. Good facilities like parking, water, electricity etc.. Peacefull atmosphere and the area is neat and clean.. There is a good market nearby the appartment which will get all kinds of vegitables and not only the vegitables but also you will get all types of other goods..

I stayed in this apartment for 4.5 years.Nice and peaceful location and the owners are friendly too.Building has lifts also.Most important thing is the room sets are pocket friendly. 1RK -6000 1BHK-10000 This what I paid
