Palm Grove Heights

This apartment society is total biased against renters. the greediest society of gurgaon. take all the money and give just a flat.. AVOID RENTING FLATS HERE.. THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL.. no common club .. no shops inside. For everything you need to drive full campus.. they harass delivery guys also so much .. gym also expensive.. one salon charging double than market rates.. .. parking is issue here. They have space but still not ready to arrange things properly .. Maintenanc fees high as it is big DLF campus. . Looks wise just average.. where do the money go. When power cut is happening they will send email to use less power as it's DG running .. it may burnout I guess as systems are not updated .. just painting the buildings that too after 10 or 15 years.. doesn't justify. Above all it's near ardee gate no 1 which is always blocked due to ardee mall. Weekends it takes 30 min to go out or come in. Cars are parked everywhere.. kids walking on roads never safe though it's a colony road.

Easily accessible location at Ardee city Gurgaon. All basic amenities at walking distance. Located right behind ardee mall.The society has open and green spaces with club and swimming pool. Flats are nice and spacious but are quite old now. Underground parking available and parking arrangements for visitors is also good.

It's a pleasure to be at Palm Grove Heights ! It's so beautiful and view is amazing :) !

The apartment is in the middle of Gurgaon. Near to major localities like Ardee mall, golf course road, mg road, extension road etc. It’s at walking distance from Ardee mall. They have gym and swimming pool.

Loaded with facilities. Great to settle with family. Occasional view of the sunset available ;)
