Spacious gated residential apartment complex on DLF Golf Course Road. Conveniently located just under the rapid metro station, though you have to be careful or you will miss the immediate left after the Nirula's ice cream shop! Apartments, especially on the higher floors are bright and airy. Rooms are large and the complex is family friendly with many open areas, a club house, pools etc. Adequate parking for residents underground. Several challenges due to the builder selling property without OCs and lack of initial maintenance issues. Understand 3-4 blocks are without these (D4/5/6) and some others within the main complex. The D 4/5/6 blocks are in a separate location but apparently are not part of the main management system or association.

Nice environment Good and very strict security... Security although is strict and we'll registered of incoming and outgoing people but the staffs are very helpful and cooperative.... Good amenities like health club and gym is well equipped too. Green areas are well planned and maintained. The apartmemts are well designed and maintained. Elevators are timely serviced. Parking areas are good and properly planned for each apartments and wings. Overall very good place to reside with Family as Mall is on next gate so household shopping is not a very big question. Quiet and very clean ....
