A well maintained friendly colony, next to a metro station. Ideally located, private, with guarded gates. A very nice colony park with many trees. Also a large common courtyard for children to play between the towers.

Worst place to stay on rent. No basic amenities, rude people, and above all power cuts and lifts misfunctioning, the garbage dump nearby smells too bad. I wish I had not signed the agreement to rent.

Society is decent, lift space is adequate. Flats are spacious and well planned. Security is also good, and there's an app where the security guard will push a notification when your order arrives. If you accept only then will they be allowed to enter. Overall a nice society to live in Gurgaon. L1 shop (liquor) is also walking distance away (200m) which is a great plus point.

Society maintainence is very poor with lifts not working every other day.

Good residential complex. Recently facade was painted after repairs. Very near sector 55 rapid metro station, walkable distance-around 100 meters. Lifts were old but are being changed soon. Also generators will be upgraded soon to provide 100% power back up shortly.
