This is a very good society for those who enjoy creating nuisances or for those who have given up on their lives. 1. The majority of the time, lifts don't work, and even after paying for maintenance, management doesn't have the money to have it fixed, we really don't know where the money goes of 2. Since three years , society has not been able to set up a DG power backup. In reality, society does have a generator, but it is typically either out of fuel or not in good operating order because it is a very-old machine. A good spot to live if you want to experience village life without electricity. 3. Leaks, open and broken seepage section, If you want to appear in the upcoming movie Slum Dog Millionaire-part 2, start living in this community and gain real-world experience. Multiple seepage open area, even one resident fell in the open seepage area and suffered a fracture, and the management of progressive society were watching the video of this incident on their so called whatsapp group and then switch off their mobile phones. 4. parking problems, disagreements over residence allotments 5. Safety and inadequate safety:- No safety precautions were taken during COVID-19, and after much chasing of the management, safeguards were only to be taken for a short period of time. No CCTV , every single day you can read someone's stuff has been stolen within the society 6. Inadequate space for children to play or for dog owners to walk their dogs, the ideal society to live if you wish to live alone and have no plans to have family or get a dog or have no social life, as very rare celebrations are planned by the management.
