Ok place to stay. However don't rely on the security. When I was out-of-station, my house got robbed and it was after 2 days that somebody noticed it. The society is managed by a group of tenants and the first response they gave me was that it was my fault my house got robbed as I should have informed somebody in the building that I am away. When I asked for the security footage (which is in the Secretary's room on ground floor and not manned by anyone), they were first not able to retrieve it. They stalled it for 2 days saying somebody from the company will come to retrieve the video. When the company guy came, they still didn't give me access. When I insisted they said I can give them a hard-drive and they shall share the videos after a day. I handed over the hard-drive to them and when I went back to get it, they very conveniently told me that all security videos got deleted. Also, this is not a pet friendly society, if you keep a pet then the Secretary comes and hand overs a pamphlet saying pets are banned in the society and either you return your pet or look for another option.
