Old society, decently maintained, close to market place, lots of greenery, essential shops within the society...not rating 5 because not all flats have dedicated parking. Lacks features like power backup, swimming pool etc.

This is residential locality of flats constructed for central govt employees under no profit no loss basis. To serve them few small shops of vegetables, courier, medical shop, daily needs shops are there.
