Nice location near Metro Station, Bus Stop and HUDA Market, Schools, Hospital and Police Station. Lot of positive energy and managed by competitive MC team and motivated staff under energetic and resourceful manager. Safe for family and kids.

The apartments are good. My parents recently moved of this soceity. The owner illegally withheld the security and not returning the amount. Advise prospective new tenants to perform their due diligence while moving in and moving out.

Slightly older apartments, now in the heart of Gurugram, well connected with Rapid Metro Station (a bit of walk). Very social people and celebrate most of the occassions. A bit more of maintenance would be good, especially of the lifts. Plus visitor's parking would be greatly appreciated.

Access to society is through a poorly lit road which is sandwiched between compound wall of a school and another society. Not safe to walk or travel on 2 Wheeler after sunset. Society management is biased. Moreover the society manager is seen loitering around without purpose. This person speaks in a rude tone and arrogant. So much is his influence on some senior society residents that he has been allowed to live in one vacant flat. Imagine someone living in a scoiety flat with 40,000 rent when he himself earns 20-30 thousand per month. Garbage has to be disposed off by residents themselves even though
