My shortest stay (less than a year) ever due to some personal reason but i am glad that happened for the following reasons: 1.The lifts are in bad shape(no cameras, no network and security in basement car parking). 2. 24*7 water leakage in lifts and basement area and i am wondering that the building might even collapse with due time. 3. Maintainance staff are terrible at there work even after charging such a high maintainance(which i am not sure what they use to maintain) 4. No amenities and in my entire life i have seen the worst security guards who are rude and all they are hired for is to disturb the residents rather than solving the issues. 5. DG doesnt work properly even after charging such a high amount. So in summers your life will be screwed. 6. No cameras in the parking area and its completely unsafe if something happens, no one will ever get to know. I have so many things to write but i preferred highlighting the important issues. My advise-Shift at your own risk and stay there considering that the maintainance team will not solve your problem but rather multiply them.

[Updated comment as of 30th Nov 2024] - Ever since owners started contributing things are improving bit by bit. New management is doing it's honest attempt to revive this sinking ship. Lifts are better, tower entrance is renovated, automated boom barriers are installed for basement parking. The only major thing remaining is power back up for summers, basement maintenance etc. Keep up the good work new team. [OLD Comment - Rating was 1 star which I have updated to 3 now] Apart from flat sizes and two covered car parkings nothing else about this society is good. Tenants pls stay away from this drowning ship. Builder defaulted, no facilities, lifts are in bad shape and life threatning, gensets not working amid rising tempratures. Sepage in basements.

I stayed there in Aloha D6/203 for 10 months. It was a very pleasant stay. very well maintained flat. The land lady is very cooperative good natured and helpful. solved our problems. installed new microwave on our request. solved plumbing problems in the Master toilet and did not charge any money from us. Our Full security Amount was returned after 15 days. If I get a chance I would like to stay in same flat. I think that its wrongly written by someone in one of the reviews about the landlady, So I suggest not to go by the misleading reviews.

Worst place to stay! My recommendation to any new tenant considering this ghostly chawl should rather stay far off or consider some other society. This is a literal chawl for reasons mentioned below: 1. No RWA as it is an illegal society so nobody cares about basics 2. Lifts are moving coffins, many instances of people getting stuck just because electricity went off 3. In summers, when you expect power backup in a high rise, well, welcome to high rise Chawl, where DG is almost 15-20 years old and can barely run for 15 mins. I can write full essay but honestly, my one line recommendation would be STAY AWAY or You will kill your mental piece. Any broker who tells you otherwise, just validate with residents and you would be surprised with eh feedback.
