We own a house here and have been living here since 2013. It's location is awesome. Close to all prominent schools and hospitals. 2 good shopping centres nearby. Nirvana courtyard, Baani Square, Modern Bazaar and Good Earth City Centre all easily accessible. It has a grocery shop and a Safal shop inside the apartment. There is a community center conducting yoga classes, zumba, aerobics. There is a fully operative gym and a swimming pool It's beautification is perfect. Good flora and fauna with evening fountains. The Housing structure is the weak point. Seepage issues. Poor quality of finishing and very fragile doors. Should go for a redone house if looking for rent. You can buy for other plus points, get the house redone but some basic flaws of apartment construction would need to bear with.

I loved the society i was there at the club for a ring ceremony shoot. Nice good space for birthday parties and small functions .... well the club is equipped with all the essential things parking is good and the best was the food at the event and the cattering is done by rohit panchtara. Pics will share later on
