I am on rent and living here since 2 years now but now decided to leave this property soon as the maintenance is very low, the lifts fronts work here properly, AMC is now not getting renewed for many towers here. In a strong storm the balcony glass got broke and fell on lower floor. The maintanenex is not up to the makr. The RWA is the biggest issue here they just want money but doesn’t want to work. Now many people are moving out became of this. Not at all recommended to buy to rent now.

Building is very big. Good architecture of building. Specially i liked two connected building with a bridge. I like steel tree. Security is good. Shopkeepers also offer home delivery of products. Good management. Very clean place. But this is build out of city this is only one disadvantage of this building else all things is best. You can stay here with your own vechicle. Approx 2 km range rapid metro station. Like my view...

Best club house in Delhi NCR! 30,000 sq feet of it. With heated pool, bowling alley, yoga studio, spa, squash courts, badminton courts, bar, coffee shop, restaurant. Amazing people, brand new construction and a management that will only improve with time.
