Raisina Residency

It's a really peaceful place and not much of disturbance in any manner. Living in Florence, I get a good view of the light hitting the buildings while the sunsets from the kitchen balcony. From the room which has no balcony, we get the most beautiful sunrises.

𝓐 natural view like nowhere in ncr. 𝓦ell connected now with uber and ola. Rapid metro is just down the road. Though manin entry from where else side is concrete the turn road gets damaged off and on. A 24metre main access road coming up soon. Alternately a 𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓾𝓽𝓲𝓯𝓾𝓵 𝓫𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓮𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓭 𝓽𝔂𝓹𝓮 𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓻𝔂 𝓯𝓻𝓸𝓶 𝓬𝔂𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓬𝓪𝓹𝓮 𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮. 𝓡𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼 𝓽𝓪𝓴𝓮𝓷 over now from Tata.. 𝓔𝔁𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓽 𝓫𝓮𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓼. High end better than galleria market complex"ireo city central" coming up a few hundred metres away. 𝓐𝓵𝓵 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓪𝓫𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝓻𝓮𝓹𝓸𝓻𝓽𝓮𝓭 𝓪𝓯𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓻𝓮𝓰𝓾𝓵𝓪𝓻 𝓿𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓽𝓼 𝓽𝓸 𝓪 𝓯𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓼 𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓼𝓮 𝓲𝓷 𝓵𝓸𝓾𝓿𝓻𝓮 𝓽𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻. What a happening place.! Not too far top djs come and perform once in a while subject to 10pm curfew. Where else the tavern is next door. The galleria style market coming up and better than galleria too. Now right across a happening area where hot air baloon, ultralight flying and a drive in theatre....

As a property I didn't find it very happy. It's environment is a bit slow and sad. The apartment which I saw was the bigger size of 3 bhk + servant. Good space. Bigger rooms. The location is just a plus point. Its approach road is not that great. Rest depends on what you are looking for.

It might be a getaway heaven but hell for people with pets. It has been almost a month for me since I have shifted here. We recently fired the person who walked the dogs, and decided to take the matter in our own hands. It was my first day walking my dog today when this old fellow comes to me and says that I should not walk my dogs through the back path. I told him that I want to walk them out through the back because the main road has lots of activity and I therefore don't want to risk them biting anyone. He replied saying that people use the path. However the amount of people walking through that back path is comparatively less to the ones walking on the front and main one. He added that they pee. I assured him they just pee a little and that too in the bushes at the extreme sides. He decided to stick to the point that people used that path. I questioned him if people walked through the bushes. To which he replied negatively but insisted I use the front path and added that I walk my dogs with a Face mask on their face. Other than that, Nature Heaven.
