Hi, I just read a few reviews from residents here. Can some resident please elaborate on security breaches . I was looking to buy this project considering it to be a secure and safe place and the road ahead being of society where children can do cycling. But looks like it's no the case. Is ab1 road not private??? Please answer

Committed as condominium and delivered as builder floors. This is not the safe place at all. It is open from all sides and anyone has the access to your unit and apartment. Font be surprised if anyone knocks your door without any security check. There have been security lapses and developer is not at all interested in resolving the issues. Sales team just lies at the time of the sale. It’s better to buy a builder floor outside than investing a large sum here. Also people have access to lake so anyone come till the lake and Adani can’t stop it. So all in all you we are staying here putting our life at risk. Don’t buy it at all. All the positive remarks are from their own employees so don’t fall for the trap.
