Emaar Digi Homes

I’ve been staying here for about two weeks at my aunt’s place in Tower A. The location is very convenient, with a decent gym and a new restaurant ( haven't checked the food quality yet). The condo is neat, clean, well-managed, and the service is good. It also has a heated swimming pool. The location is fantastic—there’s a Hilton right across the street, and on the way to Digi Home, there are several offices and eateries nearby. The top-floor view is excellent, and since it’s a new condo, the construction quality looks good so far. Overall, a good condo to stay if u can afford it!

I asked for mygate. I went to office and they told me it is done and wait 10~15min. I wait 30 min and nothing changes. I go back to office and they tell me to wait for 10 to 15 min and it will work. I wait another 30 min and go back to office and they say a person will come and check on me in 15 min. I wait another 40 min and go to office and they tell me it's lunch time so they will come after lunch time. Are you joking? I had meetings to attend and thanks to this irresponsibility I can't attend. It must be great to have lunch because the meeting that I was supposed to attend was also Lunch meeting!!!! I was moving my stuff all day. Skipped breakfast and am skipping lunch due to this idiocracy now and they will come after they have lunch. Amazing.

Building having multiple company so your experience May be different than what I have. But about emaar location is bit far form metro approx 1.6km but its having good car parking facility... Area is well maintained and nice and clean... Toilets is a different story coz its depand on people and company managing staff

Though the location , security , gym etc are fine , but the management looking after day to day problems and even accounting is extremely poor. The personnel engaged in all this seems to have a very limited say in managing all this . Also they block you from going and escalating issues to their superiors .All and all a very very poor management team. EMMAR IS TOTALLY UNCONCERNED ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE WHICH MAKES THE INVESTMENT INTO EMAAR HOUSING TOTALLY WORTHLESS

Its a new construction with beautiful entry, very nice community centre and appartments. (Nice gym, swimming pool, PS4 gaming, Indoor Cricket etc) The appartments are little small in size and construction quality seems too be little low as saw chippings on wall inside the appt.
