This apartment has one of the biggest green parks in the locality, and is on the slightly premium end than Time Residency (tenant-wise). Rent - Approx 40K for a 3BHK fitted with wardrobes, geysers, AC in all rooms and modular kitchen. Do bargain hard! :)

This is a very good property . The Club, Gym and Pool is fantastic . If you enter the complex it is well maintained . 7 acres and 270 families . So the space to yourself within the community is great . The layout of the 4 Bedroom Flat is amazing in tower A . All rooms are very spacious and well fitted with AC's and all other relevant gadgets . The Balconies are spacious and well spread across the Flat . The property has a football filed, a skating rink , badminton courts , Squash court and this really helps to reconnect with sports and activities . Overall this is a great property and a good place to come and stay I have personally been there and noticed that there is tight security . However , factors like more management involvement , non monopolization of Internet services etc can really help

Layout of the project is good and spacious but build quality is average. Room sizes are small. Maintenance charges - Very high Maintenance Quality - Poor Lifts - Poorly maintained, normally one of three is out of order for most of the time. Security - Poor Electricity - Heavily dependent on generator backup as the society don't have regular electric connection for the approved load. Generator charges Rs17/unit. Water Supply - No water connection. Water purchased from a neighboring farmer ( probably from an illegal tube-well). Sewage - No sewage connection, drained out by hired tankers. Also, bad smell in the society when the process is underway. Drain pipes usually overflow and keep on leaking in the parking.

I purchased an apartment here 2 years back and initially was disappointed big time as maintenance was run by builder and he was looting the residents by charges as high as 10K per month for 3 BHK and did not care much to maintain it. There was no govt water, electricity or sewage connection and hardly any community feeling. In last 6 months or so RWA has taken over from Builder and has turned it around. Maintenance is brought down to 7K. Water and sewage connections are in place and keeps organizing amazing social events. Also surrounding area is coming up very well with lots of commercial complexes, 5 star hotel, restaurant and eateries and a big sports academy opposite to society. People in the society are nice here and complex has one of the best club, swimming pool and sports facilities in it including a football ground and the density is low so you never get to wait for anything to use.

Electricity condition is bad n generator rates very high . You can’t run more than 3 ac at a time so god help if you have too many guests plus water is from tankers . You purchase a house for more than 1.5 n you cannot even put a plant stand in the balcony n guards walk into your house at their will. No dustbin for each so garbage just gets thrown anywhere n when there is strong breeze it flies all over. I have a lots of regrets in buying this place
