I would appreciate guidance on how to escalate this matter further. Several residents and I submitted a complaint on the PG portal yesterday. Pioneer Araya, Pioneer Urban, Pioneer Presidia and CBRE continue to refuse the installation of an EV home charger without providing a reason. PCS are also not working since long. Maintenance is very poor here. This kind of resistance from this builders may discourage people in India from buying EVs. As a mother and woman, I find this lack of accountability deeply frustrating and depressing. I can not go out of society in nights or in any emergencies. I regret buying an EV now, which I purchased with sustainability in mind, to transport my son to and from school. #PioneerPresidia #PioneerAraya #EV #righttocharge
