Society is good except aggressive stray dogs problem in parking. One dog almost bit me and maintenance team is not doing anything. There are some stupid pet lovers in society who have zero regard for safety of others.

Very good Society, with responsible security measures, and it is clean and well-maintained. The only reason for the lower rating is the lack of consensus on resolving the issue of stray dogs. While there have been numerous discussions on the pros and cons of this matter, the fact remains that in the event of an unfortunate incident, such as a dog bite, the responsibility to manage the situation would fall solely on us. Therefore, it is prudent to take precautions, especially for kids. Sharing feedback by pointers Location (4/5) - near world mark mall and maidwas road is a wide with well connected to Golf course extn and central Gurgaon which have most of the Office Space. Nearby activity areas include M3M urbana, Airia mall, AIPL joystreet, M3M cosmopolitan etc is good for family activity. Nearby access to Schools and hospitals is also a plus. Cleanliness (5/5) - Well maintained and adequately clean. Staff are responsible Security (5/5) - Security staff are extremely helpful and on the job most of the time Kids area (5/5) - many small play area and Club house with Creche. lot of activity areas for Kids. Building (3/5) - Compared to the other society felt little weak here..there are many presence of outer building damages which may due to the use of materials with maybe lower quality..inside flat also the walls/construction are not so strong...No mention of Earthquake resistant technology. Stray Dog (1/5)- Basis personal experience it has attacked many times even though we try to not even look at the dog. it is friendly in some other situation, so it is unpredicatable...Also there is no foreseeable solves around this. Society App (5/5)- Gate entry exit is controlled through app Club House (4/5) - Kids Creche with activity things..Snooker table, carrom table, Table tennis table and a cafe available. Pool -(4/5)- Started recently and is maintained well. Electricity (5/5)- 24 hrs backup with generator. clear mention of Electricity balance and recharge visibility in the room itself. Water (5/5) -No challenge faced with respect to water availability even during summer

Good location, great people to stay with. One of the most budget friendly and aptly located societies. Yes, there are some glitches and roadblocks to make this the best society but, they look temporary.

Wonderful society with almost every facility.. Also the scene from top level is wonderful... It's slowly developing but soon going to be a wonderful place for people to reside in! 🏢🏢

Living in Emaar Emerald Estate has been a highly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone considering renting here. Despite the Emaar name, the reality on the ground is far from average. Major Issues: High Rent: The rent is unjustifiably high given the poor living conditions. Most residents feel the cost doesn't match the quality at all. Broker Lobby: Renting here is plagued by a strong broker network that inflates prices and adds unnecessary hassles. They keep calling the flat owners with fake rates. Zero Facilities: Don’t expect even the basic facilities you'd associate with a gated society. Poor Maintenance: Maintenance is shockingly bad, things remain broken or poorly managed for weeks. Street Dogs: There are multiple stray dogs inside the society, and cases of dog bites have occurred. Safety is a serious concern. Water-Logged Basement Parking: During rains, the basement turns into a pool. It's an everyday nightmare for car owners. Terrible Road Access: Except for the main road, all internal and nearby access roads are in horrible condition - muddy, broken, full of potholes. Dust & Pollution: The entire society is surrounded by ongoing construction, leading to dust storms and extremely poor AQI levels. Breathing fresh air is a luxury here. Except for monsoon but then you have to swim in mud to commute. Noise Pollution: Construction noise continues late into the night, making peaceful sleep nearly impossible. Only Positive: Possibly the location, but even that’s quickly losing appeal due to the chaos around. In summary, the rent here is simply not worth it. Many tenants are either vacating or regretting their decision to move in. Avoid unless you want to pay a premium for discomfort.
