Public Health Crisis Ignored by Our RWA in Gurgaon ⚠️A massive water puddle has been left dug and stagnant right outside our home for over 2 months. Two family members are down with DENGUE. Who’s responsible for this idiocracy? SECTOR 65 GURGAON, EMAAR PREMIER FLoor,122102. Dont buy or rent a flat here. the RWA is foolish. RENT 70000 pm and sale price 3,25 cr. Backwas. Not worth the money so dirty and unkept. A piped gas line from an LPG cylinder is a setup where liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stored in a cylinder is connected to an appliance (like a stove, oven, water heater, etc.) via a fixed pipeline system instead of using a flexible rubber hose.

Security guard v very good and professional. Club is good. Grocery stores does the works.

Good location (next to Worldmark); Actual carpet area of flats is quite good as loading is low. Central Park is well maintained. Cons- - Approach road is usually packed in peak hours due to unorganised vendors stalls and Worldmark parking in the lane -No direct access to basement from each tower- can be accessed only via select towers - Basement has leakage at many places which has not been rectified for long - Current Maintenace agency is not good and efficient - Seepage issue in quite a few flats
