What started as a good residential community is reduced to money minting avenue for middle men & greedy investors with land & builder floor prices shooting beyond any reasonable limits making proper inhabitation from end users a huge challenge. Broken approach roads & pot holes makes the experience even worse.

Its ultra luxurious and spacious low rise residential complex in various blocks zones with individual security staff. Strict security with one of the top security agency which depleys staff with high remuneration, like 18k pm. It is difficult to visit most of the blocks without online request in advance. The complexes are beautifully developed with parks units after few blocks. But sadly with poorly underdeveloped infrastructure outside.

We visited sample flat at T 164, Emaar Emerald Hills and we were in amazed to the Amazing view from the third and fourth floor of the project !!! This breadth taking view is absolutely rare in any part of Gurgaon !!! I loved the view and the property and the professionalism of Akash and entire Elante team !!! kudos 👌🧡🤩 👍😊
