This residential complex is a modern residential complex built with all the modern facilities and on the top floor there is a club which is very beautiful and the view is awesome. The lifts are equipped with Emergency Rescue Device so that when the light goes than there os no jerk and stoppage in the lifts which is the best thing about this building.

It is located at sector 65 Gurugram . Close to Golf estate,and sector 65 police station. This society developed by m3m.There are five facilities in this society. Location wise very good. This building is 34th floor.

M3M Group has built a great residential complex in Sector 65. It has been built keeping in mind the people with eco-friendly budget and its location with Golf Estate makes it even more icing on the cake. The view of the Empire developed by M3M Group is worth seeing from the flats situated on the top floor. While working in Golf Estate, I often had to visit it and the experience was very wonderful. It is being managed in a very wonderful manner. It is impossible to describe in words the commendable work done by M3M Group. A very luxurious building and a wonderful experience.

Been there as a guest Facade looks good … but the drop off and pickup area is too congested and tight for vehicular movement… guest parking is too small, can be a huge problem during festive season and functions.
