Good society with well maintained lawns. Security is good as well. Location can be a bit far if you are looking at places like galleria or any metro stations. Very pet friendly. Drawbacks- no supermarket or amenities etc in society. High maintence charges and there is minimal activity regarding building condition. For a large society like this there should be facilities like a supermarket, pharmacy, eating joint, saloon etc . RWA should be more active and not work in isolation Gym is very basic and small.

See the beautiful flowers. From the H building you can see the Peacock in the morning. There is a hotel that looks like a Plane.

Own a house here. Moved from Gold Course road. Adds about 20 mins of commute to any place. Like any developing appt complex, got loads of teething issues. Bad construction quality. But amazing views.

The society is pretty average. The tower lobbies are very shady and not maintained at all. There is no grocery store within the complex. There is one opposite the society in a filthy EWS apartment area.

The society is ok for basic living but it has several drawbacks which are hard to ignore. There is no green area or park within the premises which makes it feel bit dull and not very family friendly. There are also very limited space for outdoor sports so there is little to do for kids or adults looking for recreation. Daily convenience is also a challenge as there are no shops or stores inside the society. On top of that construction quality is not up to the mark. many residents have reported seepage issues specifically during the rainy season which points to poor finishing. The society has one common entry and exit which often gets crowded during the peak hours. Overall it’s a manageable place to stay but definitely falls short in terms of amenities and construction standards.
