A condominium with all facilities like Zero Vehicle movement on Ground, dedicated Tennis-badminton-Basketball and Cricket pitch, jogging track, indoor sports facilities in club like Premium Bowling alley, billiards, snooker, Sr. Citizen room, Card Room, Library, full power back up, 100% recycling or Zero discharge society. All flats are same size and one of the major reason of equality among residents. Ample parking for visitors in 2 basements, small shopping complex with all necessities including Doctors, Max Lab and Pharmacy in Tatvam Health, a restaurant and Salon in Club to enhance the living experience in The PTS. All units are abundantly exposed to natural light and ventilation as open all sides due to unique 2 flats in one floor.

No doubt society looks beautiful. But when it comes to the build, walls and bedroom floors are so thin that you can actually hear anything and everything. You can’t play normal music, can’t talk normally in your own bedroom. Even the walking sound goes to the below and side flat. Not recommended especially for bachelors. Do not even think about renting here. You will be stuck and become so conscious that you will not be able to enjoy a single day living here.

Landscaped areas with jogging tracks and walkways 6. Island clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool and bowling alley 7. Lawn facing apartments

Palm Terraces Select (The PTS), such a beautiful and small society, very pieceful with all facilities like; Gym, club, swimming, Bowling, Library, Sr. Citizens area, kids area, Basket ball court, Tennis court, Bad Minton court. It is a gated well maintained society with camera installed all over the area. The best part is no vehicles are allowed on the Ground floor, kids and Sr. Citizens can walk, cycle easily on the ground area. Very nice number of Visitors parking in the Basement one and two area.
