Good location for professionals & there families, Till last year there was some electricity issue here but now that issue has been resolved, this year, there is no major issue of electricity, there are normal electricity issues everywhere. Power backup is not available here but When there is a major power cut, due to the power house or any other reason, in that condition the builder provides back up with xtra charges. This is on the 10 lane expressway which connects Delhi Mumbai Expressway ahead. Shopping Mall in 300 meter only, ISKCON Temple is right next to this society. Reserved car parking is not available (due to affordable housing projects) but you can get a paid parking just before the society. In emergency situations you can park in front of your tower.

This society is nice and I am living over here only and many flats are filled now. but the biggest issue with this society is car parking that they does not have. Power backup is not provided in any flat so you should be having your inverter. but on the same side, you will get very affordable prices on rent and if you are thinking to buy then also it is good because registry of the flats are open.

Worst society experience. They unnecessary harass people who are on rent… no security cameras installed on any floors. Please do not take on rent in this society by mistake also.This is a torture chamber. They always threaten to break locks and door for people who are rentend

Nice society and nice ambience. Only the issue is parking. You will get only 1-2 hours of parking.

Good society, for corporate employees amazing vibes here peoples are good Also the shopping complex on front make things easier. Overall Good
