Worst place to live. I have been staying here for more than 18 months, so I can say this from experience. First, there were constant electricity issues, which were eventually resolved. Then we faced a sewer water problem that persisted for 5–6 months after the rainy season; it was fixed only after numerous complaints and changes. Now there is a monkey problem—they come into the balconies and tear clothes. The issues here never seem to end; even when one problem is resolved, another begins.

The roads are in pathetic conditions... sewage water always in streets... construction work going on... difficult to get rapido rides bcz of this... electricity problem is also there

Good place to live if you want privacy and silence but if you need anything else you need to get out and even cabs get cancelled, but in all a good place to stay with very less peopls staying here. Fact : the house i rent was the only one built in the lane 😂😂😂

69 Avenue is a good place to live but needs to grow plants and some basic infrastructure e.g. Sewer connections and water supply otherwise it's safe and well planned colony.

Place is haphazardly made, construction happening everywhere, slushy roads, potholes, garbage and dusty. Start dogs and constant construction noises.
