3. Listings and Availability
Property details, rent, photos, and slot availability may change over time. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, Urban Broker cannot guarantee that every listing detail or visit slot will always remain available.
4. Visits and Communication
Booking a visit request through Urban Broker does not guarantee a tenancy, reservation, or final transaction. Visit timing, access, and coordination may depend on owners, tenants, society rules, and on-ground availability.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, scrape data without permission, submit false information, or use Urban Broker in a way that could harm other users, owners, or the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Broker is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, listings, or visit coordination.
